Windows-powered Pocket PC from T-Mobile lets you make phone
calls, surf the Internet, and stay organized with one device.
The phone offers the option of dialing or entering data on the
keypad with fingers or with a stylus.
Other main features of
this phone includes speed dial, Caller ID, a call log,
conference calling, call and message alert, multiple ring
settings, and customized ring tones. The handy Call Notes
function lets you jot down notes while on a call and file them
away with your caller’s information and the date on it.
With
integrated SMS text messaging, you can use the keyboard or
handwriting recognition to send and receive SMS messages. And
new to the 2002 edition of the Pocket PC is the ability to
connect to the Internet and intranets via a wireless ISP
service. The V66’s battery is rated for up to 3-1/2 hours’
talk time and up to 150 hours’ standby time. An infrared USB
cradle with cable is included with the Pocket PC.
