Portable, D-size battery based, pocket charger for all models of iPAQ, Toshiba, and Dell Pocket PCs, as well as Casio E-200, Sharp SL-5500, and others. 

  The unit is self-contained in a 3 by 4 by 2 inch, zippered soft-case of quality leather, with an integral pocket for it's 4 foot DC cord. 

  The unit comes with an initial set of batteries, a 'smart' charging circuit that allows a month or more of 'high-use' charging from a single set of batteries, and a low battery indicator that warns when its time to install a new set.
