 This
is a great way to report your travel mileage and expenses. Great
for recording and reporting mileage for tax records.
Microsoft Access 2000 or higher required for
database. You can place the database on a server at your business
and everyone can hotsync their travel miles. Run the report every
week, month or whenever you choose.
The report will show all records for each
Palm device by name with miles, and any other expenses such as
tolls, parking, fuel, etc... The database allows you to preload
the palm with common starting and ending locations with the
mileage between them.
That makes fast entry for travel that you
frequently do. You can also simply enter a starting and ending
location, then the mileage traveled and any other expenses. On the
palm there is also a review screen to allow you to view the
records you have entered.
It is a three step process.

Select a starting location (if you preloaded a list)

Select the destination. This screen shows the related
destinations that you preloaded.

Press add mileage to complete.
